Please help keep the Rosemuir Farm safe and fun for all by observing

the following:

• Showing respect for the beautiful land at Rosemuir farm which we are fortunate that the Geekies, the landowners, allow our festival to use for our event.

• Remembering that Rosemuir Farm is private property and access outside of Festival hours is not permitted. If you have lost any items at the farm, please contact the office

• Smoking only in the designated area.

• No outside food or drink allowed into evening performances.

• We have security personnel onsite to help ensure the safety of all attendees, staff, and artists. Security will be attending to all entryways to the farm including those that are not our official front gates, and wristbands will be checked onsite throughout all evenings.

• Sneaking in? Not cool!! You are taking $ from our hard-working, amazing musicians and staff.

• Disrespectful, unsafe, harassing, or unruly behavior and actions will not be tolerated. Patrons doing so will be asked to leave.

• No alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted on-site. Any that are found will be confiscated, and you may be asked to leave. Bags are subject to searches.

• No dogs or other pets, even in the parking area; certified and registered dogs allowed.

• Festival grounds are well marked; please stay within the boundaries.

• Respecting other festival goers by not dancing in front of seated audience in Festival chairs.

• Please supervise your children and know where they are at all times.

• Dressing for the weather and carry a flashlight so you can maneuver after sunset.

• Maintaining the beauty of the festival grounds by disposing of all garbage and recycling in the provided containers.

• Photography: By attending any Hornby Festival events, you agree to our Photo Release Policy, available in full at hornbyfest.com.

• Assumption of Risk: By attending any Hornby Festival events, you agree to assume all risks arising out of, associated with, or relating to your participation in the Festival.

• Inclement Weather: All programming at Rosemuir Farm and at the Hornby Island. Community Hall will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued.
