THANKS FOR A GREAT FESTIVAL!
The Hornby Festival is a 10-day annual, multi-genre festival known for its world-class performances. Come enjoy our beautiful community and culturally-rich island on the Salish Sea. Stay tuned for our 2023 lineup!

Rosemuir Farm
Previously known as the Olsen Farm or simply the farm, is the beautiful setting for our outdoor evening performances. The owners are extremely generous and we are forever grateful.

Art In Unusual Places (AIUP)
The festival offers FREE shows at beautiful locations throughout Hornby Island. These are 20 minute spot performances that will give you a taste of the performance happening that evening! Tickets for the evening shows will be available to purchase.

Live On the Lawn At CHFR 96.5
Come on down to Hornby Island's own community radio station CHFR (located at Joe King Park) to see a 20 minute performance by each artist/group playing at Rosemuir Farm that night.

Art Show
We showcase an art show every year at the Hornby Island Community Hall. Last year we were honoured to have Cultural Knowledge Keeper and Pentlach Descendant, Elder Barb Whyte (Billy) lead the Coast Salish Connections Art Show. Hornby Arts and The Hornby Festival respectfully acknowledge the many Indigenous connections to Hornby Island.
